1.MELT the butter in the microwave for 35 seconds.
2.GRIND into coarse pieces the OREO cookies with your hands.TIP: If you don't have a food processor, you can put the cookies inside a food bag and hit them with a uslero or rolling pin, so that they are crushed.
3.CLAKE the cookie into pieces with the melted butter until you get a dough.
4.POUR the dough into a mold until completely covered and refrigerate while preparing the rest of the recipe.
1.WHISK the cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla essence on low speed.
2.HEAT water to hydrate the unflavored gelatin or gelatin to incorporate into the above mixture.
3.CRUTE the OREO cookies leaving them in medium pieces.
4.POUR this mixture over the mold with the OREO cookie base.
5.REFRIGERATE for 1 day.
6.DECORATE with OREO cookie pieces.
7.SERVE with a glass of milk.
