1.PREHEAT the oven to 180°C.

3.BREAK the remaining cookies in a food processor, leaving small cookie pieces.TIP: If you don't have a food processor, you can put the cookies inside a food bag and hit them with a rolling pin or rolling pin, so that they are crushed.
